MBC Parking Solutions Appeals (vehicle immobilization or Parking Charge Notice)

We aim to provide a fair appeals service carried experienced appeals staff members. Photographic evidence and our staffs incident reports are used.

Appeals will not be considered in the following circumstances :

+ Your ticket / permit was blown or fell off the dash board.

+ You took the ticket / permit with you and forgot to display the ticket / permit on your car

+ Your ticket / permit was not clearly on display

+ You only stopped for a few minutes

+ You were only expired on your ticket by a short amount of time

+ You went to get some change to buy a ticket

Please note that if you are unsuccessful in your appeal we will not alter our final decision unless new evidence is provided on the incident. You may wish to talk to the local citizens advice bureau for further advice and assistance.
